Instead of not saying anything,,why not say something about what kind of monster you are planning on building
Bay, crewcab, fast, low. That's the plan! Still undecided as to whether to go for a 2.2+ Aircooled (maybe Turbo) or go down the Scooby route. £4-5k should see me right on a motor I reckon, it has to be driveable on the road too. It sort of depends on the bus I buy. I'm currently building a race bike for someone and so will have £10-15k when that and my spare are sold. Plus any funding I can scrounge up before then.
Crewcab, low and fast,, I like that alot. But if you going the NA flat four route, a 2.2 will be a bit to lazy to be real fun. Go big first time around. And have a chat with JPM, he'll tell you what combo plays well both at the street and track.
