I have never had a problem with buying vw parts before with anybody but this is the 2nd time i have to ask for my money back from sussexkamperparts on ebay the never send the parts and never answer the emails. what is wrong with people .has any body else had bod times with them
No but it sounds like an ever growing number of traders, I don't understand what's up with attitudes these days! WTF happened to customer service?
used to be Southern Kombi parts until relatively recent … when a business changes its name sometimes one might be a little bit suspicious about the reasons for doing so.
I didn't have any problems when I bought a sliding door hinge from them a couple of years ago. I phoned rather than bought on ebay though
I bought a LHD sliding door from them a few years ago. They were sound - the bloke took the time to speak to me on the phone, to email me pictures of possible doors, etc. I also bought a bellypan from them more recently, again, no problems, good to buy from. So when I decided to start looking for cab doors recently, I decided to give them a try. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. My previously very positive experience destroyed just because they didn't have the courtesy to respond. I'll buy my stuff elsewhere.
Yes I found them helpful too, Ive bought off them before both direct and via eBay..Maybe he who mustn't be mentioned works for them now
