  1. We stayed here for four nights as it was lovely and quiet.(midweek)

Part of the castel chain, very handy for bayeaux, normandy beaches, caen and Ouistreham.(40 mins at bay speed!)
Lots of space however we were out of school holiday time, so had a pick of pitches.
They tend to have weddings here at the weekends which can get quite noisy, so there had been lots of complaints from some of the campers.

  2. We stopped here a few years ago - lovely site.

Not far from Caen for the crossing the next morning, not far to Bayeaux and I believe we had breakfast in the house one morning ... yummy :)

  3. We stayed there on our last night in France before our final leg to Dieppe. Loved the camping grounds and the Chateau. All pitches where very spacious. I guess the location lead to the dominate British caravan presence with the Bayeaux town and the D-day beaches attracting their interest.
