There I was feeling mighty proud with the resto of @hailfrank's old roof rack, when I ran out of nuts. Still it looks very nice all in new white powdercoat and all stainless fittings. Cedar slats and three coats of yacht varnish. I still have to get the little clampy bits made in Stainless, I thought JK sold them but apparently not, I know someone does 'cos I've seen them!
Mine is still in bits, all powder coated and wrapped up, waiting for me to refurb the slats. I bought all new stainless fixings from Westfield Fasteners.
I usually have hundreds of M8 Stainless nylocs in stock. Further investigation revealed that I ordered 100 last month but the box they came in has been "used" by Mrs TBR to put rubbish in. I suspect the local refuse top is now 100 nuts richer!
top banana job that. I think I prefer them in white and I'm usually a shiny-bling-bling-sort-of-girl. That'll look great on your van.

Your slats are with Jayk konaboy6284 now, he's giving them to Baysearcher I think so they'll be at Tekenders. They've already done 700 miles around the country!
indeed they are, on the passenger seat of my bus currently Bayseacher will have them to take to Tekenders... no worries.
