just saying hiand abit about myself names pete aged 34, been pondering over a van for along time as a few freinds have them, ive just bought a rolling shell and im collecting it thursday, its a 77 westy its supposed to be straight and solid having had alot of work done but we,ll see when i get it home lol plans are to have it lowered, painted in a ivory/off white, nice set of porsche reps?,and id like to do the low light conversion as i prefer the look?? dunno why lol i used to be in to my 3dr cosworths hence the user name and attended alot of the ford shows with the family, and as i said fancied a change so bit the bullet with a camper project so ill be at most the shows looking for ideas etc speak soon pete

good luck with the bus mate. What compression ratio are the type 4 engines? aren't they 7.0:1 ? Low enough to bolt a turbo on >
