New plywood headlining fit - any experiences?

Hiya, looking for advice on headlining as my van has none. Anyone have any experience good or bad fitting the new plywood ones you see around?

I have bought that same one but not fitted it yet. Been looking at j rails but not bought any yet.

 

Oh I think I have a set in the garage that I never ended up using for ours if you're after some?
I ended up only fitting a ply headliner in the front and used the curtain rail to support it instead.
