new copper brake pipe

  1. done all mine early this year , opinion please re my plan to cover them wiv grease , thinking being , grease =no air = cannot rust , correct? (not 2 sure now i acually think bout it , weather copper does rust?)anyhow people , worth doing or waste of time/ grease ? ta
     
  2. The copper or copper/nickel pipes won't corrode.
     
  3. I usually put grease over the flexi ends and brake nipples...
     
  4. i cooper grease all my ends when screwing to gether , i eitch prime all ends of the flexis ,and a smear of grease , leave the copper pipes as they are they dont rust owen nw :eek: ;)
