narrowed ball joint beam question

  1. How low can you get a 4" narrowed ball joint beam with 2.5" dropped spindles. I want to slam my 72 and want to use a 4" narrowed ball joint beam with wagenswest 2.5" dropped spindles. Can I lose the tire gap on a 165/50-15? I would need approx 6" of lowering out of the beam to do this with the dropped spindles. Any help would great!!

Does anybody know the specs on the yellow slamfalia late bay on here? Is it king pin or ball joint front end?

  2. Hi M8, I had a narrowed beam it was the worst thing I ever bought, the handling of the bus was ruined & it didn't feel very safe to drive at speed. Sorry to put you off but that's my experience. :(

  3. it will go low enough for the tyres to foul the top of the arch

What’s the load rating on those 165/50-15 tyres?

  5. Yes its possible. Is it a good thing its possible? Thats a long term debate :p

The more you narrow it the harsher the ride will be and equally the worse the handling will be.

Ride V's looks?????????????????????(good or bad?)????????????????????????????
