    For those with dogs heading for Lindisfarne, beware the Piri Piri burrs. They are an absolute nightmare to remove and are everywhere. In [glow=red,2,300]FACT[/glow], such a problem there they recommend you remove them all before you leave...

    this is a photo taken from the cuseway with Holy Island in the background. The best beach Ive ever been on is just over the dunes behind my van. It,s easy to miss it because you can't see it from the road. Miles of beautiful sand and no people.
