My thighs feel like I've been riding allday

I've been doing that thing you paid work, bit of a leaky summer house roof. So have spent the day up on the roof and do my thighs know about it I ache badly.

Its not healthy this working thing so I think I'm gonna give it up some more for a while.

 

Get the mistress to fill the tub with hot water and radox dear man.

 

try building work ,156 spades of sand in the trailer before you start your day.. ;D

This is France it might be 3/4 of a m4.....The builders merchant does not watch thank god I can only count to ten... ;D

 

I'm sure I've watched a video with the same title...

 

I am quite heavy but I can walk on roofs like a fairy ,other people get up and it`s crack crack crack... ;D

Got tree weeks of the sand thing, weather permitting,he has a truck to shovel it, but he`s a bit frugal... ;D

 

Shovel work is hard honest work, something about a shovel and digging that I've always enjoyed.
