My new toy. So after deciding not to buy it a couple of weeks ago, I then changed my mind. I picked it up this weekend. Drives well. Briefly broke down once when I stopped and couldn't start it again but turned out to be loose starter motor connector. It does mean that I am going to have to sell my current bay restoration project. I hope I won't be ostracised when I'm no longer a bay owner.
It does still have the micro bus interior. As it's currently a 9 seater one of the criteria of the insurance is that I have to remove 2 seats otherwise it's classed as a mini bus and suffers from liability insurance! Also, whilst whittling on about insurance, Cherished Insurance wouldn't insure me as it's left hand drive and I need to have been driving left hand drive vehicles for a year first. Only two wheels are on the cycle path so I think that's ok! The blue sign on top was an optional extra to show the kind of things you're allowed to run over in a syncro.
I was nearly swayed from bay, by a Syncro, well saying that my husband decided we should have a T25 syncro not a bay, ........note we have a bay.......and I do like Syncros , but would rather have both however instead have the bay and a ford galaxy
