My first home brew

Got a micro brewing kit for my birth day and set it all up. Did the first fermentation and bottled it all last night. Need to wait a month or so till its fully finished but I thought I'd share a couple of pics. It's a ruby ale and I had a checking sip of the unfinished ale and its tastes good already!!! Managed to get 38 bottles in total

 

God you have some patience mate, I couldnt wait for all the extra bottle time. 40 pints drunk from the barrel in one night, did have a few mates round to help out.

 

I've got another lot brewing as we speak so I'm thinking once that's done I can start drinking these, then start another and so on.

 

Its usualy fine after 2 weeks ,3 at the most

 

I just lost 40 pints due to a leaky tap Walked past the cellar door and thought I could smell beer, i could all over the floor, bugger.

 

That sucks
