ah haa i cant promise but shes a 74 with the larger arches and tramp bar brackets etc with room for a pinto.

ive got a harvey gibbs tuned proper 2.1 pinto with v6 pistons, cossie rods, 8 doweled lightened flywheel. aparently on webber dcoe's it was pumping out ~ 180 bhp but i can confirm that, with my tb it shouldnt push any more out but will be very much easier to run day to day.

semi floating 18 spline 2 piece shafts with scorpio cossie vented rear calipers and discs. i have a set of avo rear adjustables but untrsted so to speak and single rear decambered leafs

its going for a few welding bits in next few weeks, its gone brown since i blasted it

im after some seats in need of refurb or just not silly money

Thats nice @mk2zetec . I'm surprised how small the zetec engine looks, the good old pinto was a bit of a squeeze if I remember right.

its been finished once, zetec blew up at oulton park so rather than replacing it i thought a focus st170 lump with vvc might be a bit more interesting.
then it needed 4 linking
then i made the mistake go getting the north west rs centre to paint it, unfortunately their painter is registered blind and it was his dogs day off.
not touched it since its been back.... need to get motivated to take the front spoiler off and refit it straight as its 1.5cm lower on one side. call me a perfectionist but even my 70 odd year old mum spotted it. apparently they didn't charge me for fitting it, so thats ok then.

theres about 15mm at the bulkhead! not as tall as a pinto and i suspect affair bit lighter...

 

i have also luckily recently acquired this rare little beast....

but i will be selling and my daily golf as I want a red e30 sport badly.

Dads escorts chassis went where the spring hanger attaches dropping the rear end onto the road. Did a fair bit of damage as the diff made contact with the rear floor etc. Went to scrap the next day and my dad bought a Maestro (which i then trashed).

Showed my missus the estafette and she hates it.

 

she must have no taste, its really different. i bet she doesn't like a tempo matador either

my mk1 caddy rotted through there too, not good.

 

Its the fact its french i think.

Tempo matadors are so rare i don't think i have to worry about her not liking them as i'm never likely to find one.
She does want a Karmann Ghia so its not all bad.
