  1. .............. I've just dropped my phone in the toilet :-[ Guess that means Mr B will have a few days free of my nagging then!

    Take the battery out and dry it for a day, then flip it over and dry for another day. This worked when mine went in the bath. :)

  3. Shhhhh Mr B thinks he will have some peace and quiet

    The wierd thing is it looks as good as new, no wetness or anything, it switched on twice and then just goes dead!

    Oh well! ::)

  4. Erm ... was it before or after flushing...

  5. before :laugh2:

    So much for the peace and quite, she has dug my old fone out of the cupboard' its got to be worth money on ebay if i put it up as retro with no colour screen, camera or any thing but it does ring and text. So much for the peace ::)

    Might have to break mine now :thinking:

    And ha ha, I did just think that isn't ironic its on the day that the I Phone 5 comes out! :thinking: Maybe I will be able to afford an I Phone 1 now! :D

    :laugh2:

  8. As silver said stick it on the radiator for a few days, resist turning it on and it should come back to life. :) :)

    usual trick that works is to put phone in a bag of rice, this draws out any moisture and they usually work after.

  13. Haha did I post this on the wrong thread...whoops... Anyway I have a very girly Samsung...the phone works fine there's just a tiny crack in the screen, it doesn't affect it in any way though, but I do have some lovely pictures from a long time ago so as wondering if I could possibly have it back when you get a phone at some point, there's no rush though as its been sat in a drawer for years...

    Here it is ! [IMG]

    If you pm me your address I'll send it off with charger too...
