Was there a Devon conversion called a "moorland" ?

 

Can't find one listed so rather think not.

Ive been trying to work out what the faded badge on the tail of my van says .. Its dificult to work out defo starts with MOO but the last letter looks like a D below the script is what looks like an image of a beaver ?

I cant see why a beever would be associated with the moon ( moonraker) but could see why a beaver might be associated with moorland?

 

Todays wild guess. A tourist badge for MOOSE ND (ND being North Dakota and the Beaver being the town crest....trappers and such like)

AHHHHH might have sussed it ... looks from the pictures on the devon web page that the badge will say MOTOR CARAVAN ( it is hard to read)
