Moonraker Head Lining Pop roof! -HELP!

Olive's headlining is horrid not by the cab - the Pop roof - Its like fiber-glass when u touch it it falls off .

What and where can i get some new stuff and do i have to take old stuff off - If so HOW!!
Problem using thin carpet the roof has ridges in it - be night mare to stick and look good

Called "Mega van mats" was told dont deal with T2 (helpful)

 

Mines the same Olive ,hope its not bad for our health ,you never know in the 70's

OO thanks guys --like the idea of carpet on hard board i wont have to take old stuff off - just need a few hands of help lol
