Mid sill to inner sill height

  1. Should the middle sill sit proud of the inner as there appears to be a corrugation in the cargo floor where the middle sill goes?

I have a Schofields inner and JK middle, so am not sure if I should be lining tops of sill or bottom edges up.

  2. beware of jk sections ,sometimes they make you think your mental........esp the sliding door slider cover ....mine was 6 inches out and they wouldnt replace it ...gits.

  3. The middle sill which everyone sells is crap, the front section follows a straight line rather than the original curve that that the sliding door track needs. Because of this, it doesn't sit properly in the pressing in the cargo floor. I'm guessing you've already cut the middle sill out fully? if so, you'll have to cut grooves in the [glow=red,2,300]flange[/glow] bit you're meant to spot weld to the floor, then bend it to fit the original profile.

The bottom's of all three(or two) sills should all be at the same height give or take a few mm's

  4. Thanks lads, there's Saturday's job sorted
