Think it won't hurt to remember Simon that our first pm to you, clearly asked, does the price in ad include postage? To which you said "yes". If you hadn't looked into postage then you shouldn't of agreed to it.

We have tried to help you as best we can, (and have even found some packaging materials we could send you to wrap it in) so feel rather annoyed that we hear nothing back from you and then see this reply to the ad from yourself.

 

Burnout..............apologies. Should have replied no to postage. Really can't be doing with the hassle. My fault, so I am sorry for that.

If this sale is going to cause people grief, I'll just remove it.
