The thing is if you only eat McDonald's food and drink the diet drinks you can find a fairly balanced diet. Its all the sugary cheap carp that people buy is the real issue. If you havent got a lot of money you wont be buying McDonald's.. you will be buying Aldi or Lidl microwave burgers and brown corn syrup drink.
I used to really like those thick shakes, then had one after a few years gap and I couldn’t drink it, it was too sweet. Used to love a sausage n egg McMuffin though
Please don’t use carp to discribe something that is horrible, it’s either Marmite or crap, carp are beautiful creatures and not horrible
