Try ebay, you may pick up one on there. Even at a couple of years old it'll be a cracking laptop. I've had several macbook pros in total, one of which was off ebay recently with a solid state hard drive that the seller had installed and it's seriously fast ...great deal and seller so worth a look.
I normally get a recon one direct from apple. Never had a problem and you get a full warranty. They change there stock all the time so it's worth checking the website every couple of days or so
you wont ever find them cheap on high street shops .. as icepug said - a recon one from apple is always a good option - or get a new one on finance .... i replace my macbook (and other apple items) every 4 years ...
apple are currently doing 10 months interest free on purchases direct from them before 13th January 2013 if this helps on their website
Thanks all -- went and bought one from ARGOUS - i had a 25% voucher sent just before Christmas and they are the same price as curry's to begin with
Yes it was sent because we had a issue with a item we bought from them earlier in the year , i don't think they thought we would buy that with it though ;D
You have to be patient on ebay, wait for one you can get for the right price. Usually there's something about the listing that puts other buyers off where there's a bargain to be had
