My 73 Devon was originally a microbus.

I've got a spare Devon louvered window too if anyone wants it.

I can take and post some photographs if anyone is interested.

As far as I am aware the window type doesn't matter.

The louvred window is the same profile as the standard flat piece of glass.

You need to make sure you buy the correct rubber window seal though.

There are two types. One for microbuses and another type for converted panel vans.

The difference is how the seal holds the window.

I've got this if its of interest, a devon? style panel van conversion louvered window for £30, in Wellingborough, all working just needs a cleanup and ideally a new rubber.

  13. Absolutely. I have to say this forum is wicked dude. I know us new peeps come along and ask loads of questions at first but I'm hoping that I can turn that round quickly and start putting in what I take.

Certainly looking forward to getting out in my van and meeting you all next year. I can't wait.

I did take the van out for 20 mins yesterday for a quick spin. I get such a huge buzz from driving it. Proper old skool.
