Lenses are showing signs of cracking, and could probably do with new seals


SOLD - Fuel filler to petrol tank pipe
Showing some signs of cracking on the outside, but none appear to have gone through

Outside is intact with no signs of splitting, however inner bit to ony allow unleaded fuel fillers in is split - think it would be fine if you just cut this out

Chrome is bad on one but glass OK, glass is bad on other but chrome OK.

This is used but not showing any signs of perishing. Decided to replace it anyway while I had gear system apart.

One of the catches has the plastic cover missing, but this doesn't stop it working.

Slight crack at one end, but you should be able to clamp it around that

Am interested in the westy spare wheel door, are the curtains a full set of green ?

 

Are the fuel filler pipes in good condition?

 

First dibs on the LPG tank please - need to speak to Mr B to confirm one way or another - he is uncontactable until later on today! Hope thats ok.

Curtains aren't a complete set. It's most of the side and the tailgate ones - there is no windscreen one. They are all very faded. I'm still trying to get a complete set of non-faded ones myself!!
Will dig them out and take some pics.

 

LPG tank - there are no holes as far as I'm aware and can see. Tap appears to work fine, and all the cover caps for filler etc. are in place.

I never tried using it as I took it off as soon as I got the van and can't confirm that all is OK - I was however assured it was fully working before it was emptied for shipping to the UK.

Note that the brackets for fitting it to the van are included.

 

Will need to dig the fuel filler pipes out to check them and take pictures. When I got the van I did a complete replacement of all things fuel pipe related as there was a huge smell of petrol, but think the filler pipes were OK even though I replaced them. Will let you know once I've managed to get at them.

 

Hello - Have you got a fuel gauge for a latebay 1974 (The one with 2 pins on the back).
If you could let me know that would be great.

 

Yes might have a fuel gauge - have three at the moment but trying to figure which (if any) of them work - the one that came in my van didn't and so need to find myself a working one first!

Yes, the 12v outlet is still available. It's not a cigarette socket as we know it - no idea what plug goes in to it! Would £2 for postage/packing on that be OK? Would hope that would cover it.

I need to sort my curtains - I have nearly two sets and want to keep the best ones. The ones I will be getting rid of are very faded, but would be better than none. Will update this thread once I have had chance to go through them and decide which ones I'm going to keep - however davidoft has first dibs on them I'm afraid.

I'd be interested in the sliding door locks etc - the locks knackered in mine as is the catch to hold it open
