Looking for disabled holiday accommodation in Anglesey

one of my friends has MSA which is a wasting type illness . She was due to go a cruise in August but unfortunately has deteriorated and can't go. I've been tasked with finding a holiday place in Anglesey if poss. It needs to be in next 6 weeks and may still not be a possibility at the time.

This is a long shot just Incase anyone has any ideas. I'm still continuing with my own research. She is now seriously disabled.

Thanks a lot for your replies.
We need quite a lot of equipt, hoists etc. I was just wondering if any one had got any experience in this area and could give me advice/recommendations.
