Just thought I'd post up some pics of a little project I've been doin on the bug. Don't want to mount a stereo in place of the original not in the glove box so I thought this would look good sitting on the back seat
that's cool! it's got a massive exhaust though what's going to stop it sliding around?? luggage straps?
that's the heater pipe . It pretty heavy so I was banking on it not moving about due to the weight but if it does i'm sure i'll think of something. Maybe some none slip matting or someting
Thats a good idea. I saw a similar thing at Brighton Breeze last year. An MP3 player and speakers in a retro suitcase.
Weight wont stop it moving if you brake hard or corner hard . Force = mass times acceleration. Friction force is also proportional to mass.You will need subtly hidden string down the back of the seat...
