little horseshoed bits

does anyone know where i can get the little pieces of metal shaped like horse shoes in the top of steering colum around indicator and wiper switch to stop it from spinning around the colum please

yes thats them mike do not know how many but think i have 1 or 2 think its 4 you need

I spoke to Dave and through my first email asked this

I am after one of the half moon shaped bits that clamp round the steering column holding the wiper and indicator stalks on.

So that should do the trick

 

i have just emailed the same as you did do you know how much they were

 

I can't remember, Iv'e bought so many stupid, but important bits recently. They were a lot though for what they are

 

just hoping they stop it spinning

 

well must strip down today and see whats missing

 

i am also looking for the screws to hold it all together

 

To stop it spinning 2 of the half moons should have little nibs in the middle that stick out, i couldn't get any with the nibs when i needed them so had to build up the middle with weld then file into shape.

 

I must strip down as I know there is a couple in there what ones I don't know
