Light bulb moment

My problem, engine *******ing oil from flywheel oil seal even though renewed about 6 weeks ago, cause, what feels like 10mm end float!
I've got the original engine as a spare with the van, no idea why it was renewed or when but want to take it apart to see if I can recon it.
Next problem, no garage just an 8x6 shed that's so full you can't get in it.
Solution; set the back of the bus up as a workshop, it needs refitting anyway so no damage to worry about, I can rig up a small bench, run an extension for a decent light and heater and spend some happy evenings working on the engine in the van! 💡

Don't envy you in this weather one bit. Get it down to techenders in April and get the guys to have a look.

Good luck with the spare. In no time you'll have it ready for install. Then you'll have to start rebuilding bits and bobs, just to keep going out to the van. LOL
