Yes unless it's a 68 which have different mounting holes. No if you have a servo because it won't have a bracket, but you can add one (off your old beam).
If its solid. Just because its from the states doesn't make it rot free regardless of what others will tell you. If it's just imported then its likely ok as it would be daft to import rotten metal.
