Your looking at a Late Bay steering wheel, not sure what year, complete with column, stalks etc as pictured, It has been painted with turquoise emulsion, it cleans off with wire wool & hot water. There are no cracks in the steering wheel. £50 plus postage at cost which would be around £25 or you can collect from Swansea SA4
