Late bay on the sweeney

    I got the set of curtains like those - lovely.

    Could ‘chucking them in the lake’ be the new ‘throwing them over the hedge’?

    Hmmm.
    Everything in context I think. If, as I suspect, you too hold 1950s bread van technology as something to cherish then I see no reason not to like some George and Mildred curtains.

    (PS - although I own a set they are safely in a (modern) cupboard somewhere - for special occasions yet to be determined only).

  7. Dunno but if that reg is ndv 656p its MOT has only just run out and its sorn.
    I do hope there's a resto thread for it somewhere with the a title 'pond find bay restoration'

  8. If its ndv 556p its not been taxed since 93 and it died whilst being registered as red.
     
  9. Looks like 656 to me the top of the 6 is a different shape to the 5.
