Hi chaps, I'm a newbie, I have just replaced the front panel on my 74 westy, I have a question on how to get a nice crisp edge on the door shut return, I've hammered it around and the shut line is crisp it's the flange that dont look factory, access is tight I know any ideas would be great, if I can post a pic I will try

    Thanks in advance

A pair of pump pliers and a piece of thick steel. Use the steel to protect the front face of the panel and then slowly squeeze the edge along its length.

Do it gradually, top to bottom or bottom to top or middle outwards, but gradually so it all bends together.
I doubt even the most skilled panel beater would choose to hammer that.
