Late bay cab door hinges wanted

I am after the hinges for a late bay. Someone changed the complete front (inc door posts) and the hinge brackets don't match the doors now. I guess easiest way is to change the hinges?? Any one got a couple of scrap late doors ?

I am about to try to convert a late door onto my earlier van so I will have the nearside hinges - these are smaller with a threaded hole where as they need to be larger with a countersunk hole. I am trying the conversion kit from JK.
If successfull I will end up with the later type spare which you can have for free if it helps (I won't need them)
I am only doing the Nearside though !

 

I have a pair of scrap doors but i think they are early hinges with countersunk screw holes you are welcome to them
