BHP brings back a few memories my dad used to work for them for a while when we lived just outside of Adelaide.
My sister-in-law used to drive one of those on an open cast gold mine somewhere in Oz 15-20 years ago... She got her ticket to drive by taking the local fire engine round the block without hitting anything.
She'd never driven anything bigger than a Moggie Minor van before that. I think this was a point when realised she'd done the right thing getting away from whinging Poms to a more go-for-it country...

Honoured to have a "Die Hard Air Cooled", me thinks I could learn a lot from this thread ! A warm welcome to you
I forgot this one, burnt out in 2006, left to rot thank goodness Look at all those awesome scars I said, so I did my twist on the all to overdone Herbie It was named herbi's evil twin Herpie
And I also don't mind a drink of h2O every now and then My curiosity got the better of me as I wanted to see how a bare metal lacquered bonnet art would come out My better half refused to drive this car after I did this But typically with all of my collection only one is currently registered haha
