Just burst my immersion heater tank.

    I'm wondering how far I can get away from my house before she who must be listened to arrives home at 3.30 :oops:

    I was removing the very stiff immersion heater element with a huge monkey wrench as it was extremely stuck and slipped. nuffsed :oops::oops:
