  1. Hi All,

Has anyone ever purchased a Brand New Inner rear valance. I have my camper preped ready for the new inner rear valance but when trial fiting it with the outer rear valance I notices the upper lip isnt straight it is bowed. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks

  3. I had a genuine inner rear valance for JK a while back

I didnt really have any problems other than having to weld in captive nuts for the bumper brackets and make some small filler pieces to make it meet the rear D posts neatly in the engine bay

Is it just the lip that is bent? or is it the whole form along the top where the lip bends if you know what I mean?

if it is just the lip can you tap it back into shape? ......if the bow is from the fold in the metal you might not be so lucky

I've had a bent one - the whole thing was bent.

  5. I have never had a problem with any panel ,I have used the inner panels loads of times ,buy maybe I am lazy if the panel does not fit I make it fit... ;D

Just send me a panel a bit like the original... ;D

Same here - I seem to remember putting the ends on bricks and jumping in the middle...

  7. I Can deffinetly modify it to fit but for me the idea of buying the panels was to save time as I struggle to get lots of time on the bus.
I also purchased two rear corners at the same time which were badly creased in places and therefore I re-purchased a pair from A H Scofield which where of much better quality and were cheaper.

Amen to that - after a while you just get sick of sending everything back...
