******* off all of you who are going to say this is me making a needy all about me post Its occured to me that i often reffer to myself as the para Its almost as im talking about myself as another person Is this wrong? Would my posts be better started with rick is upset or rick has had a drink etc Whats in a name im still the same person aint i? To be honest rick aint even my real name
Refer to yourself however the hell you want to Para!!! 1st person, 3rd person, 1000th person.. we all know exactly who you mean, so what difference does it make? the only issue you might come across is that 'predictive' text crap has a habit of changing 'para' to 'parp'... in which case the conversation has the potential to get rather confusing.....
I do the same with 'Row' and that is my real name, ................Para it makes me smile, that you do that, and you will always be Para anyway, the same as many on here, when photos are posted up I have not got a clue who they are as they do not go by their forum name ........................
Change your name and you will always be para to me.... My name is not Lost en France ,it is Derek Endthwhistlebottom...
Nowt wrong wiv that Para, you are continuing/following in a tradition established via the arts ,e.g. Bowie ref "s too "Ziggy Stardust in 3rd person, Vince Furnier ref"s to Alice" the same ,hell ,I have mates that know me only by my "nickname" that's _all my life- mates .
It's either a joke or pompous to refer to yourself in the third person. I assume your tongue's in your cheek.
You could have started this with " please don't tell me anything i don't want to hear" I think " **** off all of you " is a bit strong, really.
What a stupid post to put on the forum - bit of a two fingers up to TLB really from you, way to go From me reading the posts from the guys n gals on here to you, the comments written in the original thread starter really make a point of showing thanks towards them, doesn't it!!
My name is not Lost en France ,it is Derek Endthwhistlebottom...[/quote] Good luck getting that in the shaded area next time you fill out your passport application form.
