    thoughts and pics welcome

  4. No sorry mate, I've not done it with mine. I've got birch ply head lining and I've got birch ply door cards to go on my cab doors. I've done the rest of my door cards in the back with coffee sacks. Here's my headlining. I've kept mine natural colour but I've seen birch with a walnut stain looks good.

This is basically what I'm hoping our headliner will look like. I've got the channels and am hoping to get the headliner from sjh joinery. Quick question regarding the j channels and in particular the passenger side C post. On my van on this side the metal where the channel would be attached to steps down, so moving from the back of the van to the front there is a difference in height on the metal. Is this present on your van?
