Interior lights ❓

  1. Hello all...I have a 1973 Bay that has been converted to a camper.
It started its life as an 8 seater minibus and what I want to know is how many interior lights would it have had.My issue is that new material has been put over the headliner...I have located the front interior light just behind driver in middle ...but was there another light further to the rear ? Don't really want to make a hole if no original back there .... cheers

  2. There would likely have been a similar light about halfway down the centre window on the right, I believe.

I didn’t want to take out the headliner so I’ve installed a belt line of leds it runs round the whole inside with extra switches for right at the rear. Looks pretty tidy and kinda ‘modern’ factory

  5. Zed

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

In the middle level with the rear of the sliding door for a tin top.
Obviously when a poptop is fitted it gets moved to one side.
