Hi all, Looking at a recently imported double crewcab bus that's awaiting the paperwork from dvla. It's currently at a garage. What happens with paperwork etc? Obviously I cant take it anywhere until paperwork has all arrived and its registered in the UK. How about insurance? I've never bought an imported vehicle before so just need some advice. As it stands it's still on its south african plates. Any advice appreciated. The garage restore dubs, many that are imported. Mark
You can insure on Just the chassis number, you then need mot and proof of duty paid to register and tax etc
