Somone please invest in me i maybe out of the employable age bracket but ive got a lot to give ans im always up and on time in the morning

  2. Ahh feck it who am i kidding im destined for shelf stacking at night ive just got to admit it to myself

  3. I can do quite a few things, but I recon if I returned to England I would be only qualified for stacking shelves as well...

BUT, I would still like it....[as long as it`s the night shift] ;D

self employment is the way to go... C:)

    Nice rabbits... 8)

  5. If there was a way to get the bunnies to Liverpool you'd have a permanent monthly order, its the only meat that doesn't make the Púca ill :-

  6. I spy an opportunity for self employment .fresh dog food .Bunnies by post..you just have to go easy on the blood an guts pictures .peeps like to think of it in a little packet

Perhaps expecting someone to seek you out and give you a job is unrealistic. As L-E-F suggests, if you're good at stuff and work hard, self employment is the way forward + that way you can do a bit of everything you like, as and when there's an opportunity.

I am Para , i am the Non metal detector ?

if i was totally honest and i was after a job to support my family i would go shelf stacking at Tesco in a jiffy .

but if it was self preservation and quality of life i would take a course in something more rewarding like child care or work for a homeless shelter , trouble is they don't pay the money where has Tesco do for night work .

  9. Every little helps. :)

I'm Norman Tebbit, get on your bike and find one, this day and age pride doesn't matter, food on the table does, some folk think a job is below them and should be able to choose, i'd shovel Marmite if i had to. No offence Para, but if you wanna paint engines or skin rabbits go self employed, if you want more dinner and no grief, go to Tesco.

Para I regard you has a friend, do what people are telling you and go tescos on nights or anything, I've done the shelf stacking on nights thing and worse, we've all got dreams and want better but that don't pay the bills, you'd get more respect from everyone you meet if you just did it, some people are lucky in life the rest of us just plod on, do it

  12. Trouble is, if you take a job that makes you unhappy and isn't what you want or isn't what you're capable of or isn't using your skills/experience, it can seriously affect your sanity/confidence/self esteem ...

If you do take a job like that, make sure you've have an escape route planned so you don't get stuck.

    From my experience...

(nice shiny engine, by the way :) )

  14. And whilst i know ive said this on a previous post , the £200 you get given to pay for for an "agreed" course available yearly via the "Individual learning account" , details on internet/jobcentre is worth getting >i regularly (yearly) update my basic 1st aid cert, and , more and more companys" are aware of the value of staff members having said knowledge, when on an "interview/induction its usual to be asked if "anyone/i got certificate, and if u add the difference(more) cash and do the 5 day course you are not only now a "legal" 1st aid dude but your worth to a potential employer goes seriously up up and thrice up!.the course choice is up to yourself e.g. forklift?etc etc >hope this helps you mate, best wishes
