Identifying which brake callipers

Discussion in 'Mech Tech' started by Pickles, Apr 29, 2013.

  1. I have a 1971 built camper, Is there an easy way to identify which brake callipers I have as I expect they should be the one year only ones. But before ordering any replacements want to make sure.
    Cheers Barry

  5. what you said there ,Pickles, "one year only ".... what more can you tell me please ? mine came of the production line that year and boy oh boy ,trouble getting the right part(s), so much so i have when poss, ewsorted to taking part to dealer for comparison, and advice/info appreciated.

  6. Having a crossover built 71 registered 72 certainly causes me to have the occasional part search problem. as regards the brake callipers I know a "one year only" type exists ... dont ask me as to the rest of the bus as fortunately I haven't had many issues.
