I just tried to say no to TLB but it only lasted 5 minutes. I find that a regular 'hit' gives me a little help ( to fix my van ), it stops me from doing other things that are far worse ( like watching crap tv ), and I often find that I feel I am on another planet ( but that comes from reading the posts that some others post on here... And I mean that in a nice way).
