That looks faked to me.

 

If its real the girl on the right is really lucky. The boot of the van goes right over her head, a few inches lower it would have taken it clean off.

 

Not fake, you can see the dust hit the girls back and swirl up and around. I'm sure a little google digging will tell the full story.

In answer to the original question - about twenty five. If that is real the girls are real lucky. Wonder if they bought a lottery ticket afterwards.

 

what i find weird is the difference in how they reacted...the lad shot off really quick the girl who nearly lost her head jumped out of the way...the girl in the middle stood still an hunched down a little as if closing her eyes would protect her... crazy... how lucky she was not getting decapitated by the boot...
