Totally stupid idea I am sure the air bags and crash safety requirements will kill it dead. Apart from the fact its a Ford factory, and people will love little houses on the site right under the approach to Eastleigh Airport. Probably the new residents will manage to get the airport shut as well. Fun to fantasise.
