HI All I currently have issues with trying to get the horn to work : 1. Horn works but on constantly 2. Ive checked horn press button and it works fine independently and meters out fine. 3. Main problem seems to be grounding issue on the steering column both internally and externally. Does anyone have ideas as the whole column is acting as a ground? Many Thanks as always
