Holes in the floor

Can anyone help me with what the holes in the new cargo floor pressing are floor because I have no idea
If I don’t need them shall I weld them up or fit some sort of rubber bung in them?

Depending what interior your putting in I guess one could be a gas drop out vent

There are rubber blind grommets on my floor in several places.. maybe were drain holes for original chemical treatment of the whole body.
But unless you have a use for them block them off and make sure rust cannot attack from below...

 

Cheers think I’m going to just block them off like you say so probably have to weld them up annoyingly
