It's a do-able project, but as others have said it'll take either a lot of time, a lot of money, or an absolutely insane about of skill. I've been on mine for 4 years now and when I started, It was a lot worse than that. It'll never be a pretty bus but I don't much fancy pumping my life savings into it or spending the rest of my life in a garage it'll be solid, but tatty looking- I'm OK with that.
