Help with photos

Can some body please help sort this out.
I'm on a macbook pro i have a photo bucket account and a flicker account but i can't post photos.
if i try the "upload a file" it says file to big no mater what i chose.
if i try the photo bucket way as directed all i get is a small square wit either IMG in it or a smaller blue square with a question mark in it.
to add to my troubles the "how to post pictures" help guide on here says hover over an image on photo bucket and chose image code. well I don't get that option. also the images that the help poster has put up to show the instructions ar all "little squares with the question marks"!
Please some one must know what to do

 

click on upload a file and do it that way?

That's a rubbish way as I then have to click on PIC to see what it is. ,

actually imageshack seems to now want to charge me to get my pictures and will only let me do thumbnails............ so i'll bin that one.

I would help but I don't do macs.

 

all sorted now the show image code function was un ticked hence no code to use. Rickyrooo you've seen the exhaus pics now so its obviously working.
