Hi im Volkswombat, got a 79 viking, had it for a few years now. We bought it as a runner but knew it needed the usual fettling so nursed it around for a couple of years but then baby arrived, down in the prioritys poor bus went....then bought a house this year which needed fixing up, further down the list she goes....I was on here briefly before and sold my brms to joker (thankyouverymuch) but since then ive had to abandon the van in my garden while i concentrate on the other stuff. However now im thinking about getting her back on the road so here i am! About me....im a married, stay at home dad, part time supertrucking, cycling, idiot. Heres some pics. Probably. Thanks for the welcome all. MangoBay....thatll be the 6 (nearly!) degrees of separation! In case you didnt know, the "BK" means your van/bus/camper was first registered in Portsmouth....maybe ours were in the same line up in the VW shop.
