Hi, I'm sure I registered here some time ago but my memories have bee erased. Here's a brief history of my late bay life thus far; My first bay at the tender and niave age of 18 (the year was 1988) This tin top devon cost me £900 and only had one tiny blemish of rust at the back of the rear arch when I bought it. It was a great bus and I abused it in every possible way. (I didn't abuse the sheep though) This was the next in the line up. What a great camping machine. Some may say a bit ugly but I loved it. It was originally a Bilbo conversion (LHD 1800 dc) Those two campers saw me through 10 or so years of ownership. At that point I decided to try surviving without a bus. One summer camping with my car and tent and I crumbled. This 75 devon came next; Then this LHD microbus from Canada with an early westy campmobile interior. Superb 2lt FI engine And Finally this late Moonraker that is still serving us well now. In addition to the above, I bought an Australian microbus about 8 or more years ago which is in the garage undergoing the slowest restoration ever. It's a 2ltr Injection Automatic So there we have it. I don't seem to be able to live without one. Tony

welcome aboard tlb , enjoy your cruise . Hf would'nt pay the leccy really , but Horts fixed it , he borrowed 50p from Birdy .
Welcome back fella...youve owned a few buses in your time!! Dog has a competitor for slowest resto on the planet :laugh2:
Thanks for a warm welcome with biscuits, I do really need to crack on with my project bus, but then again I built my garage so I could take my time with it ;D I have considered selling the moonraker to force me into finishing it but it is just too good to camp in so for now it's still Tony 2 sheds.
