    3 levers or 4?

  3. 3 please, 2 red on right, 1 blue on left, thx

blue opens and shuts the front flap
one red turns off the heat by dumping open the pods on the exchangers, in the full on position with ignition running on a type 4 engine the snail fan should run.
the other diverts air to either screen or feet or rear if you have a microbus.

  5. thx RR but im looking for up and down explanations lol

He probably thought the description next to the red 2 was good enough. I suppose he could have added "moving the lever up you receive progressively less until the lever is at the top and the airflow stops"

  8. I never knew any of this - Thanks

I'm never sure if you're serious?
Left red lever up = off
    Blue lever up = off

  11. that's the one I was looking for, so how come I am getting hot air in the cab when my levers are in this position? snapped cable?

cable tied open pods due to seized cable

  13. do you mean, cable ties can open the pods if theres a seized cable? no disrespect :)

no, I mean you'll probably find your cables are broken or seized or missing and in order to get heat someone has cable tied the pods open so they are just on hot all the time, if the cable breaks or isn't connected the pods shut and dump all the hot air causing no heat to come in the bus.

If it was a snapped cable the heat exchanger flap snaps shut so you'd get no heat.

Yep, what RR said. I bet they're cable tied open.
